Our Public Assistance Grant Management and Public Assistance Project Management Services consists of a careful implementation of a comprehensive Seven Step process that is required to receive and retain all eligible funding under FEMA’s Public Assistance Program.

This thorough process is based on our significant experience and lessons learned both during response and recovery actions and through extensive after-action analysis of some of the most difficult disasters to ever devastate the United States. This process is specifically designed to provide an organized process that is focused on attaining all available funding to rebuild while addressing the applicant’s near and long-term facility and infrastructure needs.
